Hello and Thank You for visiting the Amber Detrick Memorial Website.
I would like to tell everyone a little bit about ourselves.
Amber was an only child and was wanting to become an Educator for handicap children and a child psycholiogist.
But God had other plans.
On July 31st, 2008 Amber and her unborn son lost their lives.
We started the Non-Profit Organzation to keep Ambers Hopes and Dreams Alive.
In 2009 we held two fundraising events in one day and the proceeds went to what was near and dear to Ambers heart.
The Make - A - Wish and The Gifts of Yanks (VA hospital)
In 2010 the 5K Run/Walk went to the Vets at the American Legion Post.
In 2009 Amber would have graduated, but instead we started a scholorship in her name and the 2010 Memorial Benefit and Poker Run proceeds went to the scholorship fund.
Giving back to those that Amber can no longer give back to.
